IBERIABANKfsb operates 41 bank offices with 11 branches in the Central Arkansas/Little Rock region, two branches in the Memphis, Tennessee area, 18 full service branches in Northeast Arkansas, eight in Northwest Arkansas, one in Mobile, Alabama and one in Houston, Texas. BERIABANKfsb is a combination of two former Arkansas based banks - Pulaski Bank and Trust Company of Little Rock, Arkansas, and First Community Bank, a subsidiary of Pocahontas Bancorp, Inc., headquartered in Jonesboro, Arkansas.

Pulaski Bank, started as Pulaski Heights Bank, was formed in March 1956 to meet the needs of Heights merchants and residents. Led by local landowners, Pulaski Heights Bank was chartered as a state bank and was the first bank charter granted in Little Rock since before the Depression.
Notable dates in Pulaski Bank's History:
1973 James C. East purchases controlling interest in Pulaski Heights Bank. In 1973, Pulaski Heights Bank had 29 employees and $18 million in assets. During that year, Pulaski Heights Bank opened its first branch on Rodney Parham.
1978
Pulaski Heights Bank changes its name to Pulaski Bank and Trust Company to reflect its acquisition of trust powers.
1979
Pulaski Bank moves across the street from its original location at 1910 Grant Street into its newly constructed 62,000 square foot building.
1985
Pulaski Bank opens its second branch in downtown Little Rock (3rd & Broadway).
1989
Pulaski Bank opens its third branch in Southwest Little Rock (65th & University).
1994
Pulaski Bank opens its fourth branch on Highway 10 in West Little Rock.
1995
Pulaski Bank begins offering credit cards nationwide.
1996
Pulaski Bank opens its fifth branch on JFK. Boulevard in North Little Rock.
1997
Pulaski Bank opens sixth branch located on Chenal Parkway in West Little Rock.
2001
Pulaski Bank opens seventh branch on Markham Street.
2003
Pulaski Bank opens eighth branch in Bryant, Arkansas (5111 Hwy. 5 North).
2004
Pulaski Bank opens 9th branch on East McCain in North Little Rock.
Pulaski Bank opens 10th branch on Germantown Parkway in Cordova, Tennessee.
Pulaski Bank opens 11th branch on Col. Glenn in West Little Rock.
2006
Pulaski Bank opens twelfth branch on Popular Avenue in Germantown, Tennessee.
2007
Pulaski Investment Corporation, the holding company for Pulaski Bank and Trust, was acquired by IBERIABANK Corporation, headquartered in Lafayette, Louisiana. Pulaski Bank will continue to operate as Pulaski Bank and Trust Company.

Notable dates in First Community Bank's History:
1998 Pocahontas Bancorp, Inc. was organized in March 1998 to be the holding company for First Community Bank, a federally chartered savings and loan association headquartered in Jonesboro, Arkansas. The company was organized in conjunction with the mutual-to-stock conversion of the Bank's majority stockholder, Pocahontas Bancorp, MHC, a federal mutual holding company.
2001
The company acquired Walden/Smith Financial Group, Inc. and its wholly-owned bank subsidiary, First Community Bank on May 15, 2001.
2002
The company's subsidiary, First Community Bank acquired Peoples Bank of Imboden, an Arkansas bank subsidiary of Spring Rivers Bancshares, Inc. on May 31, 2002. In September of 2002, the company also acquired North Arkansas Bancshares, Inc., the holding company for Newport Federal Savings Bank. The company sold its banking offices in Carlisle and England, Arkansas, to the Bank of England on October 11, 2002.
2003
The company acquired Marked Tree Bancshares and its bank subsidiary, Marked Tree Bank on April 30, 2003. The company sold its banking offices in Brinkley, Arkansas, to the Bank of Brinkley.
2007
IBERIABANK Corporation, acquired Pocahontas Bancorp, Inc., the holding company for First Community Bank, based in Jonesboro, Arkansas. First Community Bank now operates as Pulaski Bank and Trust Company.
2008
Assumed the insured deposits of the failed bank, ANB Financial, headquartered in Bentonville, Arkansas. Opened eight former ANB branches in Northwest Arkansas as Pulaski Bank and Trust Company.
2009
Pulaski Bank and Trust Company changes its name to IBERIABANK fsb. IBERIABANK Corporation operates two bank subsidiaries: IBERIABANK and IBERIABANK fsb, formerly Pulaski Bank and Trust Company.
